LifeDream specializes in providing one-on-one and group coaching to executives, educators, leaders of nonprofit organizations, consultants, road warriors, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and people in transition. LifeDream offers a space for solving large or looming problems or achieving short and long-term goals. Clients are able to:

• Clarify what they really want and become purposeful about achieving it
• Manage time more effectively
• Gain skills in communication and building relationships
• Handle difficult people and situations effectively
• Create new possibilities for life and work and explore multiple pathways for success

Frances lives in Flower Mound, Texas, with her husband, Jim, and their two cats, Sunshine and Zelda. She enjoys frequent visits with their grown children, their spouses, and their five granddaughters.
